Radio

Taylor Diaz = Dalel Khalil

I had a fabulous and exciting career in radio – first as an on air guest for the amazing award winning WDVE Morning Show, with Scott Paulsen and Jim Krenn, where I was doing fun character voices.  Afterwards, I went on to co-host The Breakfast Jam Morning Show with Sly Jock and Sean Richards on WAMO 106 – prank calls were my specialty.  And then, it was on to KDKA-AM 1020, the world’s first commercial radio station, to sharpen my journalistic skills as a part time reporter and anchor.

For those of you who don’t know…when I was working in radio, my name was Taylor Diaz. Yup, Ms. Diaz. And no, it had nothing to do with changing my Arab identity — trust me on that one.
